Welcome to 123 ΑRΜΟΝΙΑ STUDIOS at Aghios Nikolaos, Edipsos, at Evia Island!

North Evia represents a unique vacation location combining beautiful scenery of mountains and sea. Near the city of Edipsos with the hot-thermal waters is the sandy beach of Agios Nikolaos. At only 80 meters from the beach, we are waiting for you to enjoy your holidays in a friendly and pleasant environment.

There is not only 1 or 2 or 3 but 20 beautiful spacious studios, which combined with our garden, which has orange, lemon, pomegranate trees and spices you can feel like home. For our younger guests a playground, table games, the books you can rent from the library and the rides with bikes, guarantee a pleasant stay. See you there, to offer a pleasant stay!


The studios extend on all 3 floors of the building, are reached by stairs and elevator, and are doubles and triples. They are very spacious and functional, with open plan, and convenient self-catering and shaded terraces. More specifically they include the following

Double Studios
This is the most popular category; they are spacious, with big verandas and surface from 16 to 27 m², featuring twin beds. The smaller in size and can have single use, while larger ones can easily accommodate a baby-cot. Some studios provide sea view.

Triple Studios

Location & Sightseeing

Evia island and especially its northern part consist of an authentic holiday destination harmoniously combining the mountain, sea and the culture. Traditional villages alternate enchanting landscapes, monasteries, beaches and the unique thermal spas of Edipsos.

• Agia Anna on the side of the Aegean see, with its golden sand of 7 km
• Gialtra and Gregolimano sandy beaches
• Coastline from Lake village until Ilia village feature secluded pebble beaches
• Agios Nikolaos beach stretches almost two kilometers from the town of Edipsos to Riviera location
• Edipsos beach includes thermal hot springs flow freely to the clear blue sea of the Evian Gulf.
• The beaches of Orei, Kanatadika, Pirgos and Pefki form additional proposals for swimming enthusiasts

• The monastery of St David (Aghios David) founded in 1500 is where the relics of the Saint are kept
• The Monastery of St. George (Aghios Georgios) was built upon a temple of Apollo and includes many relics.
• The Monastery of St. Nicholas Galitaki (Aghios Nikolaos Galitakis) is a Byzantine nunnery near Lake village and was built upon an ancient temple of Poseidon.
• In St. John the Russian, (Aghiso Ioanis Rosos) at Prokopi is where the relics of the Saint are kept

• The Historical and Folklore Museum of Limni traditional village is the most beautiful folklore Museum of Evia Island, with archaeological collection from the Classical, Hellenistic and Roman period. It also features coin collection.
• The Folklore Museum of Aghios village, present traditions and customs of Northern Evia.
• Fossils Museum and Kerasia petrified forest
• Drimonas waterfalls are located in an area of exceptional natural beauty, surrounded by a forest of fir and black pine.
• Kirea Platanodasos with plane trees
• Scenic Limni village with stone made pedestrian streets, the harbor, waterfront cafes and restaurants, represent a traditional settlement.
• The Frankish tower at Rovies was built in 1256.
• Lichadonisia cluster consist of 15 volcanic islands overgrown with olive trees. The largest is called Magnolia and has an organized beach with white sand. A wreck dated from 1943 lies near one of these islands at a depth of 10 meters.

Edipsos and thermal baths
• Edipsos town features more than eighty individual natural springs with hot water ranging from 40 to 80 degrees, which are among the richest component sources of in Greece and the Balkans. They include good portions of salt and minerals.
• Interesting Archaeological Collection is exposed at EOT (Greek National Tourism Organization) lobby area in Edipsos.
• St Anargiroi (Aghioi Anargiroi) spa establishments, conforms a neoclassical architecture jewel. It is a building designed from Ernst Tsiller.
• Silas Cave is one of the best preserved finds from the Roman period and is located behind EOT spa establishments.

How to get there

Access to Edispsos is very easy for any visitor by one of the following ways:

• From Athens by car through Arkitsa
At the 150th km of Athens – Lamia highway, you turn to Arkitsa and you take the ferry to the port of Edipsos.
The duration of the route Athens – Arkitsa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The duration of the ferry route is usually 45 minutes.

The ferries are run by three companies:
o Ferries Αιδηψού (www.ferriesedipsos.gr)
o AMALTHEIA – OSIOS DAVID (www.edipsosferries.gr)
o Tsokos Lines (www.protoporos.eu/article.php?id=26)
When getting out of the port, you turn left and after 300m you turn left again, following the seaside road. After approximately 2km you find the first junction (at Aghios Nikolaos church) where you turn right.123 ARMONIA STUDIOS is 80m from the junction on your left hand.

• From Athens by car through Chalkida:
Alternatively, we suggest you come by car through Chalkida. This wonderful route is approximately 230km and you will enjoy the mountains full of pine trees, the small green valleys and the seaside route from Limni to Edispsos with view to the North Evian gulf.
The duration of the route Athens – Edipsos is approximately 3 hours.
When entering Edipsos, you follow the main street and you end to the seaside road where you turn right. You pass by the port on your left hand and after 300m you turn left again, following the seaside road. After approximately 2km you find the first junction (at Aghios Nikolaos church) where you turn right.123 ARMONIA STUDIOS is 80m from the junction on your left hand.

• From North or Central Greece by car through Glyfa:
At the 90th km of Larissa – Athens highway you turn to Glyfa and you take the ferry to the port of Agiokampos.
The ferries are run by the company:
o Glyfa Ferries (www.ferriesglyfa.gr)
The duration of the ferry route is usually 25 minutes.
When getting out of the port, you have to turn right and at the end of the road you turn left. You go on until you reach the main junction where you turn right. After approximately 10km (at the long straight road) you find the junction to Agios Nikolaos and you turn right. Now you are at the main road of Agios Nikolaos and 80m before its end you find 123 ARMONIA STUDIOS on your right hand.

Edipsos is connected with many main cities (Athens, Thessaloniki, Larissa etc) of Greece via coaches either through Arkitsa or through Glyfa. At Edipsos port or coach station you can find taxi or take the local bus.
